- PUBLIC HEARING DATE UPDATE - PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 20, 2025 Public Notice Brigham City Corporation will be holding a public hearing on April 3, 2025 at 6:00 PM in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 N Main Brigham City, UT 84302 Brigham City Industrial Pretreatment Standards Update The purpose of this public notice is to solicit public comment regarding Brigham City's intention to modify its Industrial Pretreatment Regulations, specifically the Local Limits. These updates aim to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wastewater regulations while protecting the environment and city resources. The changes could impact industrial wastewater dischargers that discharge to the Brigham City Wastewater system. It is the intention of Brigham City Council to adopt these limits after this 30-day public notice period and subsequent approval from the State of Utah Division of Water Quality. Public Participation: Local Limit modification documents are available for viewing by contacting the City's pretreatment office at 435-226-1440. Public comments are invited to be made during the public hearing or any time prior to the end of business day April 2, 2025.
