- Short-Term Rental Conditional Use Permit The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on February 20, 2025, to receive public comments and to possibly approve a conditional use permit for a proposed short-term rental at 665 Spruce Way. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the Francis City Hall, 2317 South Spring Hollow Road. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing. Hotel Conditional Use Permit The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on February 20, 2025, to receive public comments regarding a conditional use permit for a proposed hotel at the Francis Highlands Commerce Center on Parcel FT-610, located on the northwest corner of State Road 32 and Lambert Lane. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the Francis City Hall, 2317 South Spring Hollow Road. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing.
