LEGAL NOTICE PROPOSAL TO CREATE A NEW AGRICULTURE PROTECTION AREA A proposal to create a new Agriculture Protection Area has been filed with Cache County by: Name(s): Seneca Francis Parcel(s): 04-026-0004 04-026-0001 04-024-0006 Acres: 64.12 The proposal will be open to public inspection in the Development Services Office. Any person or entity affected by the establishment of this Agriculture Protection Area may, within 15 days, file a written objection to the proposal; or submit a written request to modify the proposal to exclude land from or add land to the proposed Agriculture Protection Area. The Development Services Office will submit the proposal to the Agriculture Protection Advisory Board and the Cache County Planning Commission for review and recommendations. After receipt of the recommendations from the Agriculture Protection Advisory Board and the Planning Commission, the Cache County Council will hold a public hearing to discuss and hear public comment on: a) the proposal to create the Agriculture Protection Area b) the recommendations of the Agriculture Protection Advisory Board and Planning Commission c) any requests for modification of the proposal d) any objections to the proposal The anticipated date of the public hearing is April 22, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the Cache County Council Chambers located in the Historic Courthouse at 199 North Main Street, Logan, Utah.
