NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS IN THE
BEAR RIVER WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT, UTAH
Bear River Water Conservancy District (the 'District'), located in Box Elder County, intends to amend an
impact fee facilities plan ('IFFP') and impact fee analysis ('IFA') for a water impact fee. Pursuant to the
requirements of Utah Code Sections 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given of the District's
intent to amend an IFFP and IFA. The geographical area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be
located is the entire District boundary or a smaller area as determined in the final enactment. Please
