NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF OCUTLA ROCA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON FEBRUARY 10, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
