- Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that Blanding City Council will hold a Public Hearing on March 11th, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Blanding City Office, 50 West 100 South. This is for the purpose of allowing all interested and concerned parties the opportunity to be heard (either orally or in writing ) relative to the following: Blanding City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on March 11th, 2025, to receive public comment on a request by Chad Moses to rezone the property located at 41 West 800 North running south mid block down to 600 North Street in Blanding containing approximately 4.5 acres more or less, from R -1 (Residential) to R - 2 (Residential). The hearing will be held at the Blanding City Office, 50 W 100 S, on March 11th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. All questions or requests for information should be directed to the Blanding City Manager, Trent Herring at therring@blanding.city or at 435-678-2791.
