Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comment about revision to Title 11 'Subdivision, Site Plan, and Land Development Regulations' of the Nephi City Code, regarding specific infrastructure installation requirements of utilities provided by Nephi City.
