Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Land Use Hearing Officer will hold two hearings at approx. 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at City Hall, 1330 E. Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106: 1) LUHO-24-014, Rob Ricks is requesting a variance to reduce the front yard setback at 3825 S Arroyo Road; and 2) LUHO-25-001, Steve Scoville is requesting to alter a non-compliant single-family structure located at 3821 S Arroyo Road.
