Public Hearing Notice
The Deweyville Town P & Z Committee will hold a Public Hearing
on Thursday, March 6th, 2025 at 7:00 PM to discuss the
following:
Appendix 1-Definitions, Chapter 1-clarifications of public hearings
and meetings & Chapter 9 of the Deweyville Land Management
and Development Code
- Improved Agricultural definitions - addition of animal husbandry
- Better clarification to front, rear, and side yard requirements
- Noise control
- Home based business verbiage
- Amend Chapter 13 - Subdivision Plan to comply with State
Code.
This meeting will be held at the Deweyville Town Hall, 10870 N
Hwy 38, Deweyville, Utah. More detailed information shall be
available for public inspection at the Town Clerk's office.
