- CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA February 5, 2025 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Pledge Minutes: January Meeting minutes Public Comments: This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Action Agenda: 1. Mr. Shank would like to build a garage on his property at 15 S 200 W. He also might need to dig a new sewer. 2. Carl & Lucy Sherman are changing their house plans from a modular to building a house. They are checking to see that they still meet zoning approval. 3. Adjourn Meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on March 5, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting are invited to notify the Cleveland Town Office 130 W.
