JOSEPH TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING November 26, 2024 PRESENT: Commission members: Sue Gestring, Vic Middleton, Doug Nowell, Brent Parker, and Ed Payette. EXCUSED: Peggy Smith GUESTS: Dustin Rooks The meeting was held at the Joseph Community Center and called to order by Ed Payette at 7:00 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion: Motion by Vic to accept the minutes of the work meeting on November 11, 2024. Motion seconded by Ed and motion passed with passing votes by all. Motion by Vic to accept the minutes of the October 29, 2024 meeting. Motion seconded by Ed. Passing vote - all. Against vote - none. AGENDA ITEMS: - Dustin Rooks: Application submitted for 30x96' greenhouse at 50 North 200 East. County requires permit. Not applying for commercial permit to sell products. Ground foundation - no cement. Motion: Motion by Vic to approve application. Motion seconded by Ed and passed unanimously. - Subdivision Ordinance: Motion: Motion by Vic to approve ordinance and seconded by Ed. Motion passed unanimously. - Preston Torgenson: Ed asked questions regarding flood plain.
