Notice of Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Richfield Sevier County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Roll Call 2. Conditional Use Permits - a. A&D Jensen to request a conditional use to place two cargo containers on their property at approximately 1513 South Airport Road. A C-1 Use in an MG zone. 3. Zoning code amendments discussion a. Discuss possibility of amending code 17.13.240 as it affects the requirement for preexisting lots to install asphalt shoulder, curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements. b. Storage Containers - Discussion on whether allowances should included in the code for containers that are converted into other uses, or that have a facia on them. 17.14.300 4. General Plan Update - tinyurl.com/RichfieldGP3 a. a. Work session on City's general plan 5. Minutes Approval i. Consider approving minutes of meeting hosted Dec. 3, 2024. ii.
