Presentations & Reports D. Consent Items 1. Consideration to approve meeting minutes from: August 6, 2024 RDA Board Meeting and Work Session E. Action Items 1. Consideration of Resolution R2025-01 authorizing the establishment of a survey area compromised of certain land generally located between Interstate 15 and Interstate 84, Riverdale Road, and 4400 South. 2. Consideration of Resolution R2025-02 authorizing the Executive Director to execute a real estate purchase contract for the purchase of approximately 2.98 acres located at 5800 South Weber Drive, Riverdale, Utah. F. Comments G.
