WALES TOWN COUNCIL Notice and Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: Meeting call to order Rollcall Pledge of Allegiance Prayer/Inspirational Thought Approval of minutes of regular council meeting held on January 7, 2025. Approval of minutes of open work meeting held on January 28, 2025. Approval of payment of January 2025 invoices Business & Petitions (including items to be voted upon) 1. Attorney Kevin Daniels-review land use ordinances new legislation. Review town ordinances and resolutions 2. Rescind outdated resolutions 3. Approve Wall Engineering plans for water line loop and boost pump to go out for bid 4. Bid by Hale to chip seal streets-Larsen 5. Rocky Mtn Power estimate to install meters for speed signs-still waiting for estimate Reports by town officers and boards Mayor Byron Davis: 1. Discuss current ordinances and resolutions Water--Council member Brandon Rees; Wendle Roberts 1. Donate old meters, etc. to Curt Ludvigson RWAU Streets--Council member David Larsen 1. Stop signs at 100S 200W intersection (church intersection) 4-way stop Parks-Council member James Roberts 1. Light on park flagpole 2. Awning on front of town hall Library-Council member James Roberts Cemetery--Council member Hayden Nicholes 1. Cemetery lawn mower-protect from the weather 2. Mtn Valley Sprinkler-weld fork brackets on backhoe approved in last council meeting. Fire Dept.-- Council member Hayden Nicholes / Chief Shawn Robison Emergency Preparedness-- Council member Hayden Nicholes / Denice Seda Administration--Kevin Washburn, Erika Anderson 1.
