- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request for a Planned Development (PD) amendment to the Sun River Commons commercial area. The applicant is seeking approval to amend the Sun River Commons master sign plan. Proposed changes include adding two 30' tall pylon signs, increasing monument sign height from 9' to 10' and from 5' to 6'-5', and the proposal to allow all signs to have electronic message centers. The site is generally located at the northwest corner of Interstate 15 and Sun River Parkway. The applicant is Yesco and the representatives are Ray Draper and Ryan Cain. The project will be known as Sun River Commons Signs. Case No. 2025-PDA-005.
