Description/Agenda: Uintah Basin Assistance Council ('UBAC') Board of Commissioners will hold its Board Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 31st, 2025, at 125 East Main Street, Myton, Utah 84052. 1. Discussion and Action on nominees and appointment of Chairman and Vice Chairman 2. Roll Call 3. Public Comment 4. Closed Session - The UBAC Board will enter a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. Utah Code Ann. §§ 52-4-204 and 52-4-205(1)(a). 5. Employee Action 6. Other 7.
