LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On February 13, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory's request for review of the Holbrook Farms Area Plan Amendment and concept plan to add 7.15 acres of property to the area plan at approximately 2100 North 3600 West. Public hearing and consideration of DR Horton's request for Conditional Use approval of the Inverness Community Placemaking Monument Signs located in 3 locations within the Area Plan. Public hearing and recommendation of ProSteel Customs' request for review of a Development Code Amendment, amending Table 05.030-B to allow auto sales and rental on parcels larger than an acre in the Commercial zone. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code amendment to Chapter 12-B, removing the requirement that property owners cannot purchase property from the City. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 12 to update buffer and screening requirements for non-residential zones adjacent to residential zones.
