OLD BUSINESS:
The Town Council has asked the Planning and Zoning board to re-look at removing the last sentence of Article 5, Section 503, Number 7 which states: No unattached garage, accessory building or outbuilding may be built on the front of the lot.
The board's concern is safety, they want to ensure that an ambulance or fire truck will be able to get to the house with ease.
NEW BUSINESS:
A local resident of Manila is asking the board to allow a goat in the low residential zoning of Manila. As of now, low residential ordinance states that domestic pets are allowed, which is further described as: Dogs, cast, fish, birds and other domesticated or tamed pets kept for companionship or pleasure and reside primarily in a residential dwelling.
T-Mobile is proposing to upgrade an existing tower.
Justin Von Eberstein is approaching the board to get concept approval for the stationary trailer park idea for his newly zoned commercial lot at 455 W Hwy 43.
