- Midway City Board of Adjustment Meeting February 19, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the Midway City Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting at 6:00 p.m., February 19, 2025, at the Midway City Community Center 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah. If you would like to attend via Zoom (barring any technical issues that would make Zoom unavailable), you can find the link here: http://www.midwaycityut.org. 6:00 P.M. Regular Meeting Call to Order - Welcome and Introductions; Opening Remarks or Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance. Regular Business Luke and Tiffany Kohler are requesting a variance from Section 16.8.6 (A.1) Location Requirements. The proposed variance would allow the existing non-conforming covered porch to remain within the 30' setback. The home is located at 157 West 100 South and is in the R-1-9 zone. a. Report/presentation of proposed variance b. Public hearing c. Discussion of the proposed variance d. Approval/Denial/Continuance Adjournment
