- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on January 28, 2025, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2025-01-07 which approved a code text amendment of Section 17.8.409 of the city code to clarify the requirements for utilities (underground utilities) to be installed by the developer in a subdivision.
