- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on January 28, 2025, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2025-01-06 which approved a code text amendment of Section 17.8.403 of the city code to clarify the requirements for utilities (water mains) to be installed by the developer in a subdivision.
