- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on January 28, 2025, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2025-01-04 which approved a code text amendment of Section 17.4.401 of the city code to incorporate ground floor retail and office space with multi-family residential buildings fronting any right-of-way The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.) Dated this 29th day of January 2025 /s/Terilyn Lurker City Recorder
