- EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will hold public hearings on February 11, 2025, at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following items: Parkway Fields Phase H: A request for Preliminary Plat approval for Parkway Fields Phase H comprising 248 building lots on 72.12 acres in RC, R2, and R3 zones located east of Pony Express Parkway and south of Pole Canyon Boulevard, north of Ault Boulevard on County Assessor Parcel/Serial # 59:018:0060 in Eagle Mountain City. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Rob Hobbs, robhobbs@eaglemountain.gov. Pinnacles Phase B Plat 3: A request for Master Site Plan approval for Pinnacles Phase B Plat 3 comprising 167 building lots approximately 13.2 acres in MF-1 and MF-2 zones located west of Pony Express Parkway and north of E. Aviator Avenue, west of Red Creek Road on County Assessor Parcel/Serial #s 59:034:0159 and, 59:034:0158 in Eagle Mountain City. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Rob Hobbs, robhobbs@eaglemountain.gov. Materials for the public hearing items may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. If you need special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610. Open portions of the meeting can be viewed at www.eaglemountain.gov. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PUBLIC MEETINGS.
