Description/Agenda

PCMC is inviting bids from qualified persons or firms ('Respondents') to provide construction of new pools, hot tub, support facilities, and building renovations to the Park City Municipal Athletic and Recreation Center ('MARC'). BIDS DUE: By 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2025. Bids must be submitted via U3P/Bonfire. PCMC will not be performing a public bid opening. https://utah.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/170590 Project Documents: Project documents will be available to download from the Bonfire website beginning January 29, 2025. ADDENDA: It is the responsibility of Respondents to regularly check for addenda. All addenda will be posted on U3P. QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted in writing to Bonfire by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Questions and answers will be posted to Bonfire. Please do not submit the same question multiple times. PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 1200 Little Kate Road, Park City, Utah 84060. Attendance is OPTIONAL. Requests for reasonable accommodation at the pre-bid meeting shall be made no later than 48 hours in advance to the Project Contact below. Accommodations may include alternative formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids. PROJECT LOCATION: 1200 Little Kate Rd, Park City, Utah 84060 PROJECT DESCRIPTION (brief): Demo of existing pools and building of a new recreational water facility with a 4,500-sf lap pool, a 4,600-sf recreation pool, spa/hot tub, and a 1,250-sf mechanical room and lifeguard station addition, and other mechanical alterations. PROJECT DEADLINE (if applicable): Phase 1 deadline is December 15, 2025. It is the City's intent that the work may begin in March 2025, pending award by the City Council, Notice to Proceed, receipt of permits, and a signed contract with the City.
