- EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF QUORUM Notice is hereby given that a quorum of Eagle Mountain City Councilmembers and Planning Commissioners will be present on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 4:00 PM. The City Council and Planning Commission will visit the Lehi City Power Department in Lehi, Utah (560 West Glen Carter Drive, Lehi, Utah 84043) for a tour of Lehi City's small natural gas power plant. Transportation is not provided.
