Silver Creek Roundabouts - Jody Anagnos and Vince Pao-Borjigin (30 minutes)
Jody is the Office Manager for Silver Creek Service Area 3, and Vince is the Operations Manager. They are interested in looking into opportunities for new public art in some roundabouts in Silver Creek Estates. The roundabouts were recently completed, and there will be a new bus line coming through their transit center as well.
Arts & Culture Master Planning Roundtable - Amanda Golden and Jasmine Metcalf (15 minutes)
As part of the Arts Council's Arts & Culture Master Planning efforts for Summit County, consultants from Designing Local would like to host a Public Art and Creative Placemaking Roundtable which would bring both the Summit County Public Art Board and the Park City Public Art Board together for a robust discussion about a regional approach to public art, future desires and priorities, asset mapping, etc.

Art Piano Donation - Thea Henney (20 minutes)
Sherri Smoot would like to donate a 1898 upright grand piano for the Art Pianos For All project. It might be possible to host a piano at CREATE PC. We can apply for 2025 RAP grant funding to decorate the piano. The piano is located at Sherri's daughter's house in Kamas.
Piano dimensions:
Length: 58.5 inches
Depth: 28.5 inches
Height: 56 inches
Tuning: A professional tuner said it cannot be tuned to perfect pitch, and is 1/2 step off.
Timeline: The piano can remain in Kamas until spring; the timeline is flexible.
Delivery Fee: estimated between $300-450. Sherri does not wish to donate this fee, but the board may consider applying for funding to support this.
