NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grand County Commission, acting in its capacity as The Thompson Springs Special Service Fire District Board, will hold a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. or later. Hearing will be held in person at the County Commission Chambers 125 E Center St. Moab, UT 84532, and virtually on Zoom. All interested parties should plan to attend in person or electronically, and instructions to participate via Zoom will be provided on the meeting agenda posted on the County's website at least 24 hours before the meeting.
The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input on a proposed resolution dissolving Thompson Springs Special Service District.
A complete draft of the resolution and Certification of Moab Valley Fire Protection District Annexation from the Lieutenant Governor's Office is available in the Grand County Clerk's office, 125 East Center Street, Moab, Utah.
Notice was posted within the Grand County limits on this 29th day of January 2025 at the Grand County Courthouse, on the Utah Public Notice Website - www.utah.gov/pmn, and the County's website - www.grandcountyutah.net, and two public places within the County.
