- HINCKLEY TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Hinckley Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in conjunction with their regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 7:00 PM In the Town Council Chambers at 161 E 300 N The purpose of this Public Hearing is to receive comments on a proposed zone change on Parcel H-2191 from Agricultural (AG) to Residential (R-1)
