- MEETING NOTICE of the Snyderville Basin Cemetery District NOTICE is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Cemetery District Board of Trustees will meet at the anchor location of the Richins Building 1885 Ute Blvd, Park City, UT 84098 on Wednesday, January 8th, 2025, at 8:45 AM. Call to order and roll call. 2. Public comments on items not on the agenda. 3. Consent agenda*: (a) Discussion and possible action on the draft minutes of the December 4th, 2024, meeting. Exhibit 1 (b) Discussion and possible action on the draft minutes of the December 5, 2024, public hearing. Exhibit 2 (c) Discussion and possible action to postpone the election of District officers until after the County Council either re-appoints two board members whose terms have expired or appoints others to fill those positions. 4. Discussion on steps to create a website for the district. Discussion leader: Will Seggos. 5. Training from County Financial Officer, Matt Leavitt 6. Discussion with County Manager, Shayne Scott, County Open Space Manager, Jessica Kirby, and Basin Recreation District Officials re. the proposed UOP Cemetery site. The discussion may include the creation of a sub-committee of stakeholders to analyze the UOP site and consider alternative sites. Exhibit 3 7. Agenda items for February 5, 2025, meeting. 8. Adjournment *Note: Consent agenda items include mostly perfunctory matters. However, any board member can call up a consent agenda item for separate discussion and vote.
