- NOTICE INVITING BIDS PROVO CITY CORPORATION will receive sealed bids for Construction of the 2025 Provo City Streets Rehabilitation Project, Bid No. PROVOEN202529170. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. March 5, 2025, through online means of U3P (SciQuest). WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: Resurfacing streets and concrete improvements within the city of Provo. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed by Sept 15, 2025. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be obtained online at SciQuest (www.purchasing.utah.gov) February 10, 2025. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION: Published in the Daily Herald February 7, 15, 18 2025; posted on SciQuest beginning February 10, 2025 through March 5, 2025. PROJECT INFORMATION: Information on the 2025 Provo City Streets Rehabilitation Project may be requested from David Michelsen, Project Engineer, (801) 852-6736.
