NOTICE OF 2025 MUNICIPAL ELECTION In accordance with Utah Code § 17B-1-305, notice is hereby given to inform residents of Duchesne City that there will be a municipal general election on November 4, 2025, for the following offices: City Mayor (4-year term) and Two City Council Members (4-year term) The constitutional and statutory qualification requirements for municipal office are: 1. The person is a registered voter in the municipality. 2. The person will be at least 18 years old at the time of the next election. 3. The person is a legal resident of the municipality for 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election. 4. The person has not been convicted of a felony. The candidate filing period will be from June 1 - June 7, 2025. Individuals interested in running for office must submit a Declaration of Candidacy form in person at the Duchesne City Office, located at 500 East Main Street, during regular office hours.
