City Center Zone Architectural Review Code Amendment
The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on February 13th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Hall, located at 2317 So. Spring Hollow Rd. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment and possibly approve a proposed text amendment in Francis City Code Section 18.57.060, City Center Zone Architectural Review. The amendment proposes increasing the limit on the maximum number of building stories in the City Center Zone from three to four. The public is welcome to attend in person and make comments. Comments may also be submitted in writing to Suzanne Gillett, Francis City Recorder prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing or by email to comments@francisutah.gov.
