NOTICE OF AN ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION MEETING January 28, 2025, at 5:30 PM ________________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Active Transportation Commission will hold a regularly scheduled Active Transportation Commission meeting on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 5:30 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. This meeting can also be viewed on our live stream page. AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. PRESENTATIONS/RECOGNITIONS/AWARDS/PROCLAMATIONS 2.1. Civic Clerk training City Recorder Pamela Spencer will train the ATC on the CivicClerk Portal. 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS Time dedicated for public comment. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. No actions may be taken by the ATC due to the need for proper public noticing. 4. WORK SESSION 4.1. 'A Love Letter to Suburbia: How to Restore the American Village,' Book Presentation and discussion by Diane Alisa Diane Alisa will present her book, 'A Love Letter to Suburbia: How to Restore the American Village,' at the Active Transportation Commission meeting. This work session is intended to share her insight into how regular citizens can inform growth and changes in city development and effectively build their community into one that is safe and sound for families. 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 6. CONSENT ITEMS 7. BUSINESS ITEMS 7.1. Update on the ongoing City-wide Wayfinding Master Plan Bike Utah Staff will provide an update on the ongoing Vineyard Active Transportation Plan Update and Wayfinding Master Plan. 7.2. Sponsorship Opportunities 8. STAFF AND COMMISSION REPORTS 9. ADJOURNMENT The next meeting is on February 11, 2025. This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a commission member to participate electronically. The public is invited to participate in all Active Transportation Commission meetings.
