Cedar City Board of Adjustments Agenda February 3, 2025 The Cedar City Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Board Members: Dorian Page; Chris Bearnson; Chad Carter; Brittany Fisher; Terry Hermansen; Steve Nelson; John Webster; Assistant City Attorney Karl Andersen; Building Official Drew Jackson; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for Home Occupation Daycare business at approximately 537 Cedarwood Terrace/ Brenda's Daycare/ Brenda Coleman. 5. Request for Home Occupation Daycare business at approximately 4499 West 250 North/ Arts & Smarts for Little Hearts Preschool/ Mandi Klein. 6. Request for Variance of the driveway entrance width for property located at 140 South Cross Hollow Road/ NVI Cedar City/ Henley Apartments/ Neighborly Development.
