Public Hearings Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold four public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106: 1) consideration of SD-24-011 & CU-24-005, request for a conditional use permit and subdivision to construct a 20 residential unit townhouse development at approximately 960 E Grape Ivy Way by applicant Chase Freebairn, CW Urban; 2) consideration of SD-24-012, request for a 6 residential unit subdivision at approximately 4433 S Garden Drive by applicant Nate Brockbank; 3) consideration of EX-24-003, request for an exception of sidewalk, curb, and gutter adjacent to 3410 S 2700 E by applicant Colin Bagley; and 4) consideration of ZT-25-001, request to amend Millcreek Code Chapter 19.86 to include the Baldwin Radio Factory (3474-3476 S 2300 E) to the Millcreek Historic Sites and Districts list. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall and on the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/AgendaCenter.
