NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Council at a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a request by the City of Bluffdale to declare surplus and to dispose of significant parcels of real property, approximately 2.33 acres , located at approximately 1490 West Rock Hollow Drive. In addition to attendance in person, if you have any comments or concerns, there are several additional ways to participate in the meeting as follows: 1. Email your comments to for the City Council and include the name of the applicant(s) in the subject line of the email to councilmeetingcomment@bluffdale.com 3. Mailed written comments will be accepted.
