Richmond City hereby announces an upcoming vacancy as to its representative on the Cache Mosquito Abatement District Board of Trustees. Richmond City needs to appoint a person to serve on the Board of Trustees of the Cache Mosquito Abatement District. The appointment shall be for a term of four (4) years. The person appointed to the Board must at all times during the term of office be a resident and registered voter of Richmond City. Qualified persons interested in being considered for appointment to the Board shall submit an email to communityresponse@richmondutah.gov, expressing why they have a desire to serve, no later than Tuesday, February 4th at 5:00 P.M. The Richmond City Council and Mayor will review the applications and make an appointment on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at the regular city council meeting. The Cache Mosquito Abatement District meets on the fourth Thursday of each month in North Logan. The Trustee selected for this position will start serving in March 2025.
