NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Levan Town Planning Commission of will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 6:45 pm at the Levan Town Hall, 20 N Main St., Levan UT 84639 for the purpose of accepting comments concerning an amendment to the Town's Land Use and Development Code.
The Town is proposing the amendments to the Land Management and Development Code to address a clarity/correctness issue in the Obstruction of View language and ensure consistency and compliance with current State requirements.
