NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 4th, 2025 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to accept comments regarding the proposed rezone application submitted by C. Randall Paul for approx. 2.06 acres of property located at 2232 E. Pheasant Way. The request is to change the zoning designation from R-1-87 (residential single-family with 2-acre minimum lot size) to R-1-43 (residential single-family with a 1-acre minimum lot size). The proposed rezone would change the allowed land uses by allowing one single family dwelling unit on one acres of land, a change from the allowance of one single family dwelling unit on two acres of land. The proposed amendment is available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours. The public can watch the live video stream of the meeting remotely at https://cityofholladay.com/government/agendas_and_minutes.php. To make a public comment or to comment during any public hearing, please choose one of the following options: 1. Attend in person at Holladay City Hall. 2.
