Cronquist Minor Extraction CUP - A request to create a minor extraction and excavation facility (Type 6400) on 4.6 acres of two parcels totaling 179.45 acres located at 1927 Canyon Road, near Smithfield, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. Continued from January 9th meeting. 2. Public Hearing (5:45 PM or soon thereafter) - Gally Subdivision Rezone - A request to rezone 30.62 acres located at 3055 S. Highway 23, Wellsville, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Rural 5 (RU5) Zone. 3. Public Hearing (5:55 PM or soon thereafter) - Funk-Richmond Gravel Pit Property Rezone - A request to rezone 286.91 acres located at approximately 8300 N. Highway 91, near Richmond, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Industrial (I) Zone and apply the Mineral Extraction and Excavation (ME) Overlay. 4. Public Hearing (6:05 PM or soon thereafter) - Willets RU5 Rezone - A request to rezone a total of 18.71 acres located at approximately 4200 S. Highway 23, near Wellsville, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Rural 5 (RU5) Zone. 5. Mendon South Canal CUP - A request to create and operate a utility facility, distribution (Type 5610) on twenty-eight parcels totaling 426 acres located to the south-east and east of Mendon in the Agricutural (A10) and Rural 2 (RU2) zones. 6.
