In accordance with Utah law, notice is hereby given that the Wasatch School District Board of Education will convene for a regularly scheduled Study Session beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27th, 2024; the Board of Education meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. Meetings will be held in the Wasatch Education Center Board Chambers, 101 E 200 N, Heber City, UT.
Wasatch School District has a policy, in accordance to R277-301-7, to prepare and support educators with an LEA-Specific license. The public is welcome to attend and offer public comment regarding LEA Specific Educator Licenses.
This meeting is open to the public and will be broadcast live at Wasatch-YouTube.com. Public participation is encouraged. During the community comment section of the board meeting comments and questions will be accepted in-person, via email or online attendance via Zoom.

An Executive Session may follow the board meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, collective bargaining and or matters of litigation. Section 52-4-5 of the Open Meetings Act identifies the topics that may be discussed in a closed meeting.
