Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: Zoning Amendment: Request by Logan Johnson/Wright Development Group for a rezone of property located at approximately 2191 W 1700 S. The project contains approximately 1.0 acre in the A-1 zone. The proposed zone is General Commercial (GC). Ordinance Amendment: Proposed text amendments to SCC 10.75.020 (C) and SCC 10.30.020 (E)1, allowing Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in the PRD zone.
