- PLEASANT GROVE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday February 4, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item: Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance for a zone change from the R1-12 and R1-20 (Single-Family Residential) Zones to the RR (Rural Residential) Zone, located at 543 North 1380 East (Grove Creek Neighborhood) Applicant Ben Kjar. The proposed rezone covers 1.54 acres on property that recently received preliminary approval for a subdivision plat called Loxley Ryzon Ranch Subdivision Plat 'A'.
