Description/Agenda: A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers (Room No. 140} of Taylorsville City Hall at 2600 West Taylorsville Blvd in Taylorsville, Utah to receive public comment concerning proposed changes to credit card fees and fees related to cemetery services. The credit card fee currently in effect is $5.00 per transaction and it is proposed that it be changed to 4% of the transaction amount. To view the proposed changes to cemetery fees, please see Page 45 of '2023-24 YEAR-END ADJUSTMENTS' found at taylorsvilleut.gov/government/finance/budget. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Taylorsville will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the hearing. Request for assistance can be made by calling 801-955-2006 at least 3 business days in advance of the hearing.
