MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2025 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Election of 2025 Chair and Vice-Chair. 3. Discussion/action on minutes. 4. Public Hearing: Discussion/action on Concept Plan and Residential Development Agreement with David Weekly Homes for property at 2800 West 1150 South. a. Close Public Meeting and open Public Hearing by Consensus. b. Staff Presentation. c. Public Comments. d. Close Public Hearing and re-open Public Meeting by Consensus. 5. Motion to Table: Concept Plan and Residential Development Agreement with David Weekly Homes for property at 2800 West 1150 South. 6. Public Hearing: Discussion/action on Ordinance repealing and re-enacting the Subdivision Code to comply with State Law. a. Close Public Meeting and open Public Hearing by Consensus. b. Staff Presentation. c. Public Comments. d. Close Public Hearing and re-open Public Meeting by Consensus. 7. Motion to Table: Ordinance repealing and re-enacting the Subdivision Code to comply with State Law. 8. Annual Training and Disclosures: a. Open and Public Meetings Act. b. Workplace Conduct. c. Disclosure and Ethics Pledge. 9. Commission and staff follow-up. 10. Adjourn.
