NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Rockville Town Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Rockville Meeting Hall, 43 E. Main St., Rockville, Utah for public input regarding an ordinance for abandonment of a portion of a deeded road known as 75 South which cuts through the property of Skyler D. Davis and a portion between Skyler D. Davis and Jacob Anderson Farm LLC.
Interested persons desiring input into this public hearing are invited to attend the meeting, or present their views in writing no later than 10a.m., Friday, February 7, 2025 by email or by delivery to the Town Office and will be posted on the Town of Rockville website.
Verbal comments will be limited to two (2) minutes.
