Preliminary application information will be available by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at
https://www.wvc-ut.gov/669/Agendas-Minutes. Staff analyses, as well as any final application materials, will be updated by 12:00 PM on Monday, January 27, 2025.
Testimonies for or against the proposed applications can be provided to the Planning Commission during the public hearing or in writing prior to the hearing. If you wish to submit written comments, be advised that this should be provided to the Planning Staff member assigned to the application at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting to enable the Planning Commission to properly consider the comments.

GPZ-8-2024 Petition by DAI requesting a General Plan change from Commercial/Light Manufacturing to Medium Density Residential (7 to 12 units/acre) and a zone change from A (Agricultural, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential). SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS
PUD-1-2025 Brandon Parr with Edge Homes is requesting preliminary approval for the Solari PUD Subdivision. The subdivision will consist of 245 townhome units, 40 condominium units and 11 single family lots. The property is located at 3688 South Redwood Road is 26.1 acres in size and is zoned RM.
