- PUBLIC OFFICIALS TRAINING SESSION Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 9:45 AM 126 LION BOULEVARD, SPRINGDALE, UTAH AGENDA OFFICIALS FROM THE TOWNS OF SPRINGDALE, ROCKVILLE, AND VIRGIN WILL ATTEND A JOINT TRAINING SESSION ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 23, 2025, AT 10:00 AM AT THE CANYON COMMUNITY CENTER, LOCATED AT 126 LION BOULEVARD, SPRINGDALE, UTAH NO ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN BY ANY OF THE PUBLIC BODY PARTICIPANTS 9:45 am - 10:00 am: Light Breakfast/Networking 10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Land Use 101 + Legislative Updates and Discussions 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm: Lunch 12:45 pm - 1:30 pm: Open and Public Meetings Act + Ethics Training Session times are approximate. We anticipate the training to last about three and a half hours. A light breakfast, as well as lunch, will be provided for public official attendees to enjoy. **The public is invited to attend. However, non-official attendees must plan for their own lunch.** NOTICE: in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this training should contact Town Clerk Aren Emerson at (435) 772-3434 at least 48 hours before the training
