- Riverton City Invitation for Bid # CC24-447 Park, Park Strips, Medians, Trails, Open Space and Water Facilities Landscape Maintenance Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the landscape maintenance of parks, park strips, medians, trails, open space and water facilities. This bid is a two-step bid process. The first phase will be due by 2:00 pm on January 28, 2025 and must be submitted electronically to ccalvert@rivertonutah.gov. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Only bidders who have been determined to be qualified during the first phase will be invited to submit their bid price for the second phase of the bid. Bid security will be required in the second phase in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Riverton City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. An electronic format of the bid package including site maps may be obtained through the purchasing website: https://www.rivertonutah.gov/purchasing/solicitations.php

Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
