Notice of Intent to Prepare or Amend an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and to Prepare an Impact Fee Analysis as Proposed by the City of Logan
Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยง11-36a-501 and 503, notice is hereby given that the City of Logan (City) intends to propose and/or amend its impact fee facilities plan (IFFP) related to the proposed implementation or amendment of impact fees and to prepare and impact fee analysis (IFA) supporting any proposed impact fees. The impact fees to be considered will be charged to new development in Nibley City and used to offset the cost of facilities to serve new development. These facilities may include water, sewer collection, and sewer treatment.
The proposed impact fee facilities will be located within Logan City's current boundaries.
Those receiving this notice are invited to provide information to be considered in amending or adopting the IFFP and the IFA.
